Event Planning at LPC - Use of LPC Logos
Event Planning at LPC is done for large, medium and small meetings; for student groups and clubs, faculty meetings to enhance student success, receptions for many departments' student work, and many other functions.
Please feel free to refer to this Event Planning Checklist for numerous ideas and useful lists in planning meetings.
- The Checklist also provides instruction on the use of the Facilities Request Forms, which must be completed, signed by the supervisor, turned in to Administrative Services, and assigned a Confirmation Number -- before the event is formally 'booked' for campus facilities.
