SEIU 1021 - Classified Professionals Bargaining Unit
The United Public Employees Local 1021, Service Employees Intentional Union (SEIU), AFL-CIO is the exclusive Classified Bargaining Unit representing all Chabot-Las Positas Community College District classified employees (not including confidential and supervisory personnel). Duration of the current contract agreement is from July 1, 2002 through June 30, 2004. Union membership is optional, however, a service fee is required of all non-members. Our on-site union representative is Judy Martinez 925.424.1322.
